Mr. Durham has experience in all areas of real estate, including residential & commercial sales, development, representing sellers, buyers, landlords & tenants. He has previously been licensed as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser specializing in Estate Appraisals, but is now retired as an Appraiser. He has owned and developed various types of property. Prior to beginning his real estate career he was an Agriculture teacher at Seneca High, York High and McDuffie High. His varied experience enables him to assist clients in making important decisions in their real estate transaction. Mr. Durham has developed a treasured relationship with clients throughout the upstate. His philosophy is “Give Service with Honesty & Integrity”.
He was the President of Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham & Associates for over 33 years. Hugh Durham has more than 35 years of experience in Real Estate. He has managed daily activities of the company including Planning, Business Development & Marketing. He is dedicated to providing competent professional service to his clients.
