Training

In addition to the on-going training that is provided to all associates, agents joining Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham and Associates, Inc. gain hands-on experience through a high-intensity, high-impact three-part training program:

* SpringBoard (Orientation) is designed to acquaint the Sales Associate with company practices and provide a basic understanding of the Coldwell Banker systems and tools available to help Sales Associates succeed in their careers. Jim DeLoach is a wonderfully upbeat, intelligent and positive Trainer for Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham and Associates, Inc.
* FastStart is an integral part of the Coldwell Banker differentiation. This training program incorporates knowledge and skills which provide a stronger foundation for more successful Sales Associates.
* FastForward provides the structure and accountability necessary to build on the momentum of FastStart and to continue the activities that help agents better serve buyers and sellers.
