Mr. Durham has experience in all areas of real estate, including residential & commercial sales, development, representing sellers, buyers, landlords & tenants. He is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser specializing in Estate Appraisals. For the past 10 years he has developed a Real Estate Auction service with a local Auction firm. He has owned and developed various types of property. Prior to beginning his real estate career he was an Agriculture teacher at Seneca High, York High and McDuffie High. His varied experience enables him to assist clients in making important decisions in their real estate transaction.
